Foundations, formwork, rebar, cast-in-place concrete, curing and inspection. Post-tension systems installed and stressed per structural drawings and approved ITPs.
الأساسات، القوالب، حديد التسليح، الخرسانة المصبوبة، المعالجة والفحص. تركيب وشد أنظمة الشد اللاحق وفق المخططات الإنشائية المعتمدة.
Surface preparation, plastering, tiling, flooring, suspended ceilings, partitions, joinery, painting, MEP coordination through to snagging and handover readiness.
تجهيز الأسطح، اللياسة، البلاط، الأرضيات، الأسقف المعلقة، الفواصل، النجارة، الدهانات، وتنسيق الأنظمة حتى مرحلة التسليم.
Roadworks, underground networks, electrical and telecom ducting, stormwater drainage, site grading, and as-built handover.
أعمال الطرق، شبكات المياه والصرف الصحي، قنوات الكهرباء والاتصالات، تصريف مياه الأمطار، وتسليم المخططات المنفذة.
